About Stream Infinity.

Stream Infinity was incorporated in 2022, but our foundation rests on more than two decades of advanced manufacturing experience and over eight years of direct involvement in fenestration. Our journey began like many others in this industry — focused on improving precision, efficiency, and integration on the shop floor. Early on, we collaborated with machine manufacturers and partnered with CamProx, a software company that seamlessly integrates CNC machinery with ERP systems. This gave us unique insight into how technology, process, and design all intersect inside a window plant.

As we worked alongside manufacturers across North America, a new challenge became clear: improving thermal performance wasn’t keeping pace with how quickly codes, standards, and customer expectations were evolving. Too often, higher energy ratings required costly redesigns, or worse, compromises in structural integrity. That challenge became our opportunity.

At Stream Infinity, we established a dedicated materials and innovation division focused on solving one core problem: how to improve thermal resistance windows by 15–30% without forcing manufacturers into major engineering changes. Through extensive research, development, and real-world testing, we arrived at three complementary solutions:

-
Graphite Polystyrene (GPS) Inserts – lightweight, 15 PSI compressive strength, stable under production conditions, and designed to maximize insulation value.
-
Polyurethane Inserts – engineered for precision fit and higher R-value contributions, ideal for manufacturers targeting more aggressive energy performance goals.
-
Reinforced Inserts – integrating galvanized steel for screw-holding strength, load-bearing capacity, and durability while maintaining thermal efficiency when paired with foam systems.
Each of these solutions stands on its own, but together they form a flexible system that manufacturers, architects, and engineers can adapt to their specific needs — whether the priority is compliance, cost-efficiency, or peak performance.

We didn’t stop at materials. To make innovation practical, we designed and built our own CNC machining centers and window testing machines. These allow us, and our partners, to validate U-factor, SHGC, VT, air leakage, and structural performance under both lab and real-world conditions. By combining advanced materials with state-of-the-art production and testing technology, Stream Infinity ensures that every idea we bring forward is not only engineered but also proven in practice.

Today, our work is guiding manufacturers toward products that align with CCMC certification in Canada, NFRC testing standards, and Energy Star performance criteria. But more importantly, it’s helping the fenestration industry take measurable steps toward higher efficiency, stronger compliance, and more sustainable building practices — without losing sight of manufacturing realities.

Stream Infinity exists where material science meets practical manufacturing. Our story is still being written, but one thing is constant: we will continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in fenestration with solutions that are innovative, adaptable, and built for the real world.
